We are a dynamic Commercial Lines agency based in Newbury Park, CA, focused on delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our clients. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
We are seeking a full time Commercial Lines Account Manager to work with our team.
Applicant must be P & C Licensed and have prior insurance experience in Commercial Lines (5+ years minimum of Experience required).
Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager/Executive will be assisting on a growing book of business, and must possess the following skills:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment (tight schedules and deadlines must be met).
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Be well organized, flexible, and punctual.
Applicant should have a HS Diploma and College experience (degree preferred).
Position is in office/on location (Newbury Park).
Cross sell existing clients/business (Commissions offered)- also opportunity to bring in new business independently.
Tasks will include:
Communicating with clients/carriers (Excellent customer service skills and be able to work well others)-Fast paced.
Clientele base is primarily construction related accounts with habitational and cyber clients as well with main street business types (any experience with theses class is beneficial).
Insurance summaries-Reviewing all coverages with clients including recommending and selling other lines of coverage.
Process renewals-Marketing of accounts to all carriers (negotiate terms with carriers).Provide/issue Certificates of Insurance (Additional insured)-review insurance requirements/contracts.
Proposals-Set up and deliver to insureds (work with AMS360).
Be proficient in Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Word/ Outlook and Power Point.
Salary is based on Experience/knowledge of insurance .

Experience:
- Commercial Insurance: 5 years
License/Certification:
- Insurance Producer License (Required).
