The Role
Lark is seeking an accomplished healthcare Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll own the customer relationships leveraging your skills to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within our client portfolio, ultimately driving revenue growth. What You’ll Do
Develop a full understanding of the partner’s goals, financial strategy, marketing strategy, plan offerings, and service area/market to appropriate position services and solutions.
Serve as an ever-present accountable, team lead for escalations, ownership, and overall partner/client account satisfaction.
Organize QBRs and joint planning sessions with partner leadership to discuss outcomes, market trends, benchmark data, key insights, and recommendations to incorporate into revenue growth and membership expansion strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, finance, and operations to ensure client satisfaction and achieve revenue growth goals.
Ensure contract compliance, including delivering required partner reports and performance guarantee reporting (and affiliated action plans).
Responsible for leading partner contract renewal strategy, execution, and retention of client contracts.
Expand the range of our services to the client, increasing the depth and breadth of service offerings while maximizing the decision-makers overall satisfaction with service and results.
Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities based on client needs and our strengths/goals.
Develop and maintain account-specific business/revenue growth plans.
Meet or exceed annual revenue growth targets.
Provide strategic support on new product launches and timely market feedback to influence future innovation.
Work with product and innovation teams to develop new solutions.
What You’ll Need
Proven track record of expansion within existing accounts
Experience in B2B or B2B2C Account Management/Customer Success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understand how to use data and how it tells a story
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Experience in the Health-tech industry serving PBM’s and Health Plans is required
Strong project management experience
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
