As a Junior Account executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's client base. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and bringing in new clients. In this role, you will need to be a skilled communicator and relationship builder who can work effectively with clients from a range of industries and backgrounds. You will also need to be knowledgeable about the leasing process and the types of equipment that are commonly leased in your target markets. Ultimately, your success as a Junior Account Executive will depend on your ability to deliver excellent customer service, build trust with clients, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Required Overnight Travel: Up to 25%
What you'll be doing:
Researching and identifying potential clients
Assisting in the development of sales strategies
Creating and delivering sales presentations
Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients
Communicating with clients on a regular basis to provide updates and address any concerns
Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for account growth
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
What you have:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
What will make you stand out:
Previous experience in sales or account management
Familiarity with sales techniques and tools
Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
