We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on visiting homeowners & businesses to estimate & sell our roofing and construction services. As a commission-based position, your income potential is tied directly to the jobs you close. Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to present and sell our roofing and construction services.
Follow up on company-provided leads while also seeking out new sales opportunities within residential neighborhoods.
Build relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct in-person sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our services.
Maintain detailed records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Prior experience in residential sales is a plus, but not required; we provide training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, thriving in a commission-based environment.
Ability to manage your time effectively and independently.
Comfortable going door-to-door and interacting with homeowners directly.
