What you will do
Senior Living Concierges’ are outside sales representatives responsible for educating families, who have the ability to spend more and have a strong emphasis on care needs and personal accommodations, on senior care options and working with them to find the right senior living communities that match their needs. Living in the local market, the Senior Living Concierges’ develop deep relationships with high end communities and providers through in person visits and ongoing interactions with the on-site team.

What will make you successful
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Establish relationships with High End communities in your market by understanding their offerings, on-going lead reviews, and deepening your relationship with communities
Required skills and competencies
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years’ successful experience in an outside sales role
  • Prior knowledge of the Senior Living industry required, Memory Care expertise is a plus
  • Documented history of ability to develop and maintain good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder sale
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an ever changing environment
  • Ability to deliver results, while working in a highly independent environment
  • Effective time management skills and ability to simultaneously support multiple families at one time
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit partner communities; up to 60% travel in local market
  • Must provide proof of COVID vaccination within 45 days of start date
  • This an outside sales salary exempt role that is bonus eligible
