Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years related hydraulic product and component sales (ex. pumps/motors, valves, cylinders).
  • An Engineering or Business Degree is an asset, and a preferred candidate will have CFPHS certification.
  • As part of the Pneutech-Rousseau Sales Team, the Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for strategically soliciting new sales accounts while servicing an existing account base in Montreal and surrounding regions.
  • The qualified individual demonstrates the ability to develop strong relationships with customers. Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills with technical expertise and industry understanding are essential qualifications.
  • Proven experience with hydraulic product lines on both technical and practical basis.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manages and develops sales opportunities for Pneutech-Rousseau product lines within the assigned territory;
  • Builds long term relationships with customers;
  • Develops market strategies and sales plans for a designated territory;
  • Assesses each customer’s needs to ensure their satisfaction;
  • Presents and explains technical information to customers in order to promote the latest products, technological enhancements, design and material developments;
  • Acts as a key contact for accounts;
  • Attends trade shows and other events to promote the company, and identify new opportunities;
  • Develops sales forecast and targets;
  • Sales leads and quotes follow-up;
  • Produces reports as required;
  • Quarterly review of sales vs. forecast.

Education & Experience

  • Engineering or Business Degree is an asset;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic sales;
  • Experience in technical sales with small or large industrial customers/OEMs;
  • CFPHS certification preferred.

  • Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge;

Votre profil

Le candidat recherché doit posséder un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans la vente de produits et composantes hydrauliques (ex. pompes/moteurs, valves, vérins). Un diplôme en génie ou en commerce et/ou une certification CFHPS est un atout. Au sein de l’équipe des ventes de Pneutech-Rousseau, le Représentant des ventes hydrauliques sera responsable de la sollicitation stratégique de nouveaux clients tout en desservant une base de clients existante à Montréal et les alentours.

En plus de démontrer sa capacité à développer des relations solides avec les clients, le candidat doit posséder des compétences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles hautement développées ainsi qu’une expertise technique et une compréhension de l’industrie. Il doit posséder les connaissances des gammes de produits hydrauliques sur une base technique et pratique.

Principales responsabilités

  • Gère et développe les opportunités de vente des gammes de produits Pneutech-Rousseau sur le territoire assigné;
  • Établit des relations à long terme avec les clients;
  • Élabore des stratégies de marché et des plans de vente pour un territoire désigné;
  • Évalue les besoins de chaque client pour assurer sa satisfaction;
  • Présente et explique les informations techniques aux clients afin de promouvoir les derniers produits, les améliorations technologiques, la conception et les développements matériels;
  • Agit en tant que contact clé pour les clients;
  • Assiste à des foires commerciales et à d’autres événements afin de promouvoir l’entreprise et identifier de nouvelles opportunités;
  • Élabore des prévisions et des objectifs de ventes;
  • Suivi des prospects et devis;
  • Produit des rapports au besoin;
  • Revue trimestrielle des ventes par rapport aux prévisions.

Expérience et scolarité

  • Diplôme en génie ou commerce est un atout;
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans les ventes de produits hydrauliques;
  • Expérience ventes techniques auprès de petits et grands clients industriels;
  • Certification CFPHS un atout.
