Stanley X Construction Technology recently acquired Buildup, a jobsite collaboration mobile app for task management, inspection, documentation and communication needs.
Today s world of construction accounts for over 10% of the world s GDP, and it s no secret that worker productivity and building complexity are the biggest challenges. As a result, the industry is at an inflection point for disruption. Last year alone, nearly $2B in venture capital were invested across 2,000+ companies in construction technology.
Summary
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to grow our Buildup business. In this role you will partner with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to analyze customer behavior and trends to define and execute a customer success to turn our customers into lifelong fans while driving business growth for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Define key performance indicators, develop measurement programs to track progress, and present monthly customer success results against objectives in executive forums
  • Investigate barriers to consumption growth, leading indicators of churn, and partner with cross-functional experts to drive improvement
  • Onboard customers and train users on the Buildup platform
  • Own business requirements for the customer success technology stack.
  • Design and implement customer success strategies that increase our product usage and reduce churn
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies for customer success engagement
  • Support and drive adoption and usage of leading-edge technology, data models, and measurement tools for continuous improvement
  • Own and provide direction on engagement prioritization and strategies with data
  • Work closely with marketing team to optimize execution between marketing and sales
  • Partner with the sales organization to drive successful execution of customer success program objectives and operate in a scalable manner
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing, sales/sales operations, or business strategy experience in the construction technology industry
  • Experience working in the construction industry or related field
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to operate and influence across an organization
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem solving and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and business results to drive for continuous improvement
  • Program management background with experience manage multiple products
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex projects from start to finish
  • BA/BS required
