AirMason is a leading HR SaaS startup making waves in the business of digital employee handbooks, and we’re looking for a truly hungry, driven administrative professional to join our small but mighty team.

We’ve been around for 5+ years, and this is a key role for AirMason – the opportunity to come onboard at a pivotal time and support our talented team as we grow. We’re looking for someone who takes an agile approach to administration, who can adapt quickly, and who isn’t afraid to make decisions. This role will be a hybrid of taking care of administrative tasks for our clients, along with ownership of the internal admin needs for the AirMason team.

As a remote-first company (even pre-Covid), we count on ongoing communication with other team members. We collaborate and work together – transparency is key at this point in our growth, along with accountability and initiative. We work long and we work hard, but we understand that the opportunity here at AirMason has no ceiling.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working on varied projects with our awesome book of clients to help push handbooks through to launch and manage their ongoing admin needs
  • Completing content upload and migration tasks
  • Actively support, manage, and anticipate the administrative needs of the sales and customer success team internally
  • Support client delivery, which could include arranging training sessions, catch up meetings, taking meeting minutes, reviewing proposals/integrations/designs
  • Be ready, moreover eager to tackle changing responsibilities as the needs of our team grow and evolve
  • Working closely with the design and customer success team to reach client deadlines and push successful outcomes
  • Basic design work within our custom editor (which we’ll train you on to be a pro at!)

Course Instructors work with customers in group and, from time-to-time, individual settings, to discuss career goals and will collaborate with Career Instructors to assist with coaching on hiring techniques based on industry experience.
