Role - Founding Product Manager
We are looking for our first product hire to work directly with the co-founders to launch new features in the product, integrate and support new customer launches, and run analysis to understand performance.

  • Ground floor opportunity to work directly with the co-founders to shape the product
  • Write requirements for new features and provide feedback to engineers
  • Review and test new and existing features to ensure they work as expected, and help customers adopt them
  • Use SQL to analyze how current features are performing and impact on our customers' business
  • Help implement new customer integration and launches
  • Comp: $100-150k + equity, depending on experience

About You

  • 2-4 yrs work experience in consulting, investment banking or at a startup in product or solutions architect role
  • Customer-first - you believe in building technology to create great customer experiences
  • Great communication - ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people
  • Experience writing SQL, using excel/google sheets, and using Looker (or other dashboarding tool)
  • Growth minded - you are always looking to learn and excel at something new
  • Technical interest and comfort adopting new tools
  • NYC-based or willing to commute to NYC 1 week per month (note, we will be working remotely through end of Covid, but plan to have an office in NYC post-Covid)
