Duties
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to promote products effectively
- Oversee the use of Salesforce or similar CRM software for efficient sales tracking
- Ensure excellent customer service is maintained throughout the sales process
- Drive technology sales initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in technical sales concepts
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of technology sales trends and practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
