My client is a fast growing SaaS AI driven marketing software vendor:
- headquarters in the US and UK and offices across Europe and the US
- over 160 employees expanding globally
- working with over 2000 clients and leading retailers and brands like Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung
- providing cutting edge Al-driven technologies
They are looking for a Customer Success Manager/ Key Account manager who will take care of their key strategic existing enterprise clients. You will help drive client revenues from existing clients by maintaining retention rates and being able to spot opportunities for upselling .
* High level of drive and passion to learn and explain new technologies
* Experience in managing portfolio of 15+ clients
* Experience in a client-facing consulting role
* Experience working for a SaaS vendor or marketing automation or consulting on SaaS technologies
* Track record of driving customer success
*Degree in a STEM subject
They are paying up to $75,000 base salary + bonus+ progression + benefits. This is a remote role and you can work from home.
