The role of Sr. Programs Manager is primarily to focus on the smooth operations in the day-to-day of the Executive Briefing Center while being focused on long-term growth and improvement of our customer’s experience. The role is a coach-player hybrid requiring the ability to think strategically and act tactically. We are a “small but mighty” team who wears a lot of hats — ability to get your hands dirty in one minute, and engage with execs the next, is a must.


Work cross-functionally to support Sales and Customer Success team as a trusted advisor in utilizing our EIC briefings to drive customer growth
Develop new ideas to bring customers to the EIC and launch the process with the team, as well as identify areas needing improvement to optimize activities
Responsible for the global EIC strategy, operations, and facilities, including operating infrastructure, customer-focused offerings, and relationships with external and internal vendors and partners
Compile, analyze and manage reporting of all significant program metrics
Develop partnerships with executive team, build, product marketing, segment and solution marketing, and sales management to recruit, retain, recognize, and develop presenters
Manage the customer experience of the briefing center and liaise with WorkPlace Services as needed to ensure alignment with needs and processes of the EIC
Train and develop the EIC team


5+ years of Briefing Center experience and 2+ years managing a team

A strong diplomat who excels at relationship-building and supporting executives and leadership teams

Excellent at both delegating tasks as well as acting as a coach/player

Strong project/program/change management and process building skills

Ability to identify and drive project needs with minimal direction and supervision

Skilled at seeing the big picture and adapting process/scalability to support

Proficient in Salesforce
