Technical Sales Specialist - Synchronization - North America

We are looking for a driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team and lead the growth of our Synchronization business across North America. ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Technical Sales Specialist for our Synchronization business unit, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our presence in North America. Your focus will be to build trust with telecom operators by showcasing the value of Zyntai Sync Solutions and ensuring successful project execution, especially for 5G synchronization.

You’ll lead hands-on testing in telecom labs and networks, present solutions to customers, and play a key role in growing our brand throughout the region. You’ll work closely with our North American team, regional partners, and the sync team at our headquarters in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with engineering teams at telecom operators, demonstrating the value of Zyntai Sync Solutions with a focus on 5G and beyond.
• Hands-on management of testing and evaluation in customer labs and networks as well as setting up cloud environments, both on-site and remotely.
• Provide technical guidance to customers, acting as a trusted advisor through network analysis and problem-solving.
• Design and configure the Net Insight Synchronization solution to meet customer needs.
• Travel frequently to meet with customers across the US and Canada, maintaining a close connection with telecom operators.

YOUR BACKGROUND

We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll excel in building strong relationships and managing technical sales processes with telecom operators across North America.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the North American telecom or mobile networks industry, with established relationships with telecom operators.
• Proven ability to lead evaluations and drive projects to completion.
• Hands-on experience from IP networking and configuration and experience in working with cloud systems, VM and Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of 5G networks and mobile technology, with familiarity in synchronization technologies as a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel frequently across the US and Canada.
