Our Commercial Lines Account Managers work with Producers to maintain synergy between our insurance carriers and clients alike. Our Account Managers provide the highest quality of professional service to every customer. This includes answering questions, providing needed information and enhancing existing policies through getting to know your client base and their exposures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing quotations in carrier systems
- Work within our agency management system (AMS360)
- Handle servicing clients within multiple carrier systems
- Creating proposals and invoicing
- Processing insurance applications/endorsements/renewals
- Certificate and evidence creation when applicable
- Assisting clients with policy changes, claims processing, billing, etc.
NEED TO SUCCEED:
- California Insurance license required
- Demonstrated computer proficiency (Microsoft office products) including agency management systems (AMS software experience preferred)
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Proven track record of successful client advocacy in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing attention to detail and good attendance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
