Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Accounts Coordinator for a well-known manufacturing company in SPRINGFIELD, OR. Role can be partially remote, but weekly presence in the office is expected at least 3-4 days a week.

Location: Springfield, OR
Job Title: Account Coordinator
Schedule: Monday – Friday (with flexible schedule options)
Hours: 8am-5:00pm (40 hrs a week)
Pay Rate: $17-23/hour

Job description Sales and Marketing and Key Account Specialist:

  • Orders come in from Key Accounts and custom orders.
  • We need an organized and responsible person to oversee the inquiries, keeping us on track not to miss a date, sending samples etc .
  • Job includes weekly meetings with owner and operations manager.
  • Must have strong communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
  • A facile person who can jump between design concept to analytical. coordinating timely samples and final product to the customer.


  • Coordinating communication flow between departments.
  • Ensures customer needs are met.
  • Conducting research on accounts.
  • Responding to requests for information promptly.
  • Maintain reports
  • Examines compliance manuals and understands customer needs. Express this clearly to Operations.
  • Provides summarized information of analyzed and collected data to other departments.


  • Excllent writing and oral communication skills with clients
  • Microsoft office including Excel, Quickbooks, Word, Teams, etc.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
  • High level proficiency of Excel and spreadsheet manipulation
