Job Summary

Margle, a fast-paced and growing digital and social marketing agency in Milwaukee’s Third Ward, is looking for an aggressive and personable sales representative to join our team. Working hand in hand with our team of Creatives, Sales, Client Management and Leadership members, this role is responsible for achieving topline revenue projections.

Job Responsibilities

  • Confidently present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
  • Assist in performing needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their objectives
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Develop and communicate to customer leads via multiple channels and methods
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within a scheduled timeframe
  • Analyze potential, track sales and provide reports and updates to clients and upper management
  • Close sales and set aggressive standards
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • All other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

  • Proven sales experience selling services or intangibles is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of social media and digital advertising platforms
  • High level of motivation, sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Attention to detail is a must to finish client tasks on time and to specification

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position. Workdays will require flexibility and a sense of urgency to meet customer’s needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,825.00 - $130,016.00 per year
