  • Apply your expertise as a business analyst in the business intelligence data analytics and data warehousing industry
  • Lead requirements-gathering activities for business intelligence solutions and the underlying business processes
  • Work closely with Product team, customers and end-users to ensure that the solution described in the requirements documents meets business objectives
  • Work closely with the development teams during the design and development phases; identify functional and process gaps as they arise; recommend and implement solutions to these gaps
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) in the test planning and execution phase
  • Execute activities on time and meet high quality standards to ensure that deliverables conform to client contractual commitments and the master project schedule
  • Provide the product manager and project stakeholders with project status updates
  • Work closely with the business intelligence product manager to define our strategy going forward
  • Assist in developing the product roadmap and building strategies to meet our revenue targets
  • Identify, recommend and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of the business analysis process

Required education, knowledge & experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst role or equivalent work experience; minimum 3 years of experience participating in projects in the business intelligence data analytics and data warehousing industry, including predictive analytics and Big Data;
  • Excellent knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies for developing and implementing solutions within the health care industry; familiarity and experience with formal requirements gathering and systems development methodologies are assets
  • Exposure to health insurance, employee benefit management, and pharmaceutical industry an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills; demonstrated ability to interact with a variety of end-users and health care clients; aptitude for facilitation and experience giving presentations
  • High level of initiative, decisiveness and business acumen
  • Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail; ability to prioritize multiple competing and important activities under tight deadlines
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
