No sales experience required to join our team! We can train you and or help you get better! We utilize multiple avenues of marketing lead gen like facebook, google, cold calling and door to door for. Our sales representatives also leverage established neighborhoods in communities we have customers and current solar, roofing or window projects. Each appointment that sells is paid a commission average. Appointment Setting and Sales positions available.

We do company annual trips for top performers, give out swag and cool weekly bonuses based off competitions.

Top performers partake in our annual trip to places like Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Cancun and other places by hitting the sales metrics!

High performance isn’t like any other company! We focus heavily on culture and overall wellbeing of you as an individual.

Earning potential varies depending on your hustle, work ethic and your ability to be Coached/Trained. Pay ranges from $50K-$120K.
