We are looking for:

The Sales Manager is responsible to learn, apply, and implement the Certified Contracts Network (CCN) Selling System within their sales team. The Sales Manager’s primary mission is to build and motivate their sales team to achieve the company sales objectives, KPIs while utilizing the CCN Sales Process.

In this critical role, the Sales Manager will have the responsibility for setting and achieving specific sales team goals and objectives. The successful individual will have a thorough understanding of the market s/he serves, as well as a strong sales aptitude, innovate, and provide strategic feedback on the direction to meet company sales goal expectations.

This position will be accountable for executing PCF Group’s sales plan. You will act as a customer service liaison and actively manage and report on all of your sales team’s jobs.

  • High School Degree and equivalent experience and success in achieving sales team goals.
  • A min of years of 3 years of successful sales management experience
  • A min of 3 years of home improvement sales experience
  • General knowledge of exterior residential remodeling and construction
  • Intermediate to expert computer skills/knowledge
