Hiring for an EXPERIENCED Account Manager.

Account Manager/Biller with Advanced MD Software experience a must. (Minimum 2 years full cycle)

We are a primarily remote full cycle revenue billing company who manages several different specialties: Cardiology, Primary Care, PT, Behavioral Health and many more. We are looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable biller who has at least 5 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time position Mon-Fri. Billing Account Manager

The Billing Account Manager position is responsible for Charge entry (scrubbing claims) and overseeing the AR and Payment posting Team. This position is responsible for the account from top to bottom and reports to and works with management as needed.

· Bills out clean claims electronically or hard copy within 24 hours. Research and edit claims for accurate billing information, bills or rebills within 72hours.

· Completes and turns in billing log daily.

· Handles and resolves incoming escalated patient phone calls.

· Acts as an account leader to oversee the team in meeting goals and expectations.

· Able to diffuse potential problems or conflicts by handling situations or referring to management.

· Attends weekly Account meetings.

· Keeps up to date with insurance portal logins for the team.

· Be able to run monthly reports and attend month-end meetings if required.

· Other account duties as assigned.

· Set up any remaining ERA/EFT

· Communicate with the office on any demographic/eligibility issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
