Job Description

As the Director of Sales, you will be in charge of leading our efforts in customer acquisition to meet our revenue growth objectives. In this position, it is imperative that you have an established book of sales with K-12 institutions that you can immediately tap into in hopes of quick conversions for Air Tutors. You will develop strategies for expanding our customer base and will be responsible for all steps of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Reach into your network for collaboration with Air Tutors’ services
  • Create and execute a clear pathway to meet objectives
  • Initiate marketing strategies to increase awareness of Air Tutors in our target market
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with school/organization administrators, parents, and other stakeholders in order to grow revenue
  • Identify new opportunities for community expansion
  • Articulate your vision with the internal team

Requirements

  • Previous book of sales in K12 institutions
  • Deep understanding of educational sales in relation to academic tutoring and test preparation
  • Clear, effective, and inspirational communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Positive, upbeat personality; eager to learn, teach, and make a difference
  • History of meeting and exceeding revenue projections
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in growing tutoring sales

Compensation and Benefits

  • $90,000 Base Salary + Incentives
