Regional Sales Manager (Domestic and International)
Location: Hybrid (with ability to travel)

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive sales growth by connecting with new stores, retailers, and key accounts within your assigned region.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and retail partners. Serve as their go-to resource, ensuring they receive top-notch service and product support.
- Regional Management: Oversee multiple sales territories, creating tailored sales strategies and action plans. Ensure that every market is fully covered and managed for maximum potential.
- Travel: Visit clients in your region, provide in-person support, and represent Gravity Defyer at trade shows, events, and key meetings.
- Reporting & Follow-Up: Regularly check in with customers, provide updates, and track your progress toward sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Gravity Defyer sales team to optimize performance and share best practices.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record as a Sales Representative or Regional Sales Manager with experience in domestic regional sales.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple accounts across different regions.
- Strong customer relationship skills with a focus on service, support, and follow-up.
- Experience working with stores and retailers, particularly in the footwear or apparel industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to earn commissions and bonuses based on performance.
