Hair Queen LA is a high-end Human Hair wig and extensions store in Los Angeles.
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team at @hairqueen_la.
The candidate will be responsible to creating DISTRIBUTION DEAL with salon owners to sale our Wigs and Extensions at their salon. Managing sales activities, and building strong relationships with customers.
This role offers an exciting commision and hourly compensation opportunity for individuals passionate about data, sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Field relation development. Meet Salon owners to create partnership and generate leads.
- Manage the entire partnership agreement process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Negotiate sales terms and agreements with salon owners.
- Develop and maintain a territory sales plan to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
Requirement
- Bachelor degree
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar field
- Strong understanding of sales management principles
- Proficiency in using sales software such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing sales
- Knowledge of software products is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
