BLVCKDOT, LLC, is in search of highly motivated individuals ready to join our inside sales team as Lease Consultants. We represent major US Wireless Carriers in the renegotiation of cell site leases.

As a Lease Consultant you will be responsible for establishing relationships with our client cell site landlords. You’ll work to strengthen those relationships as you educate them to negotiate and complete new lease agreements and amendments. Lease Consultants are responsible for reaching out to Cell Site Landlords to renegotiate their contracts with major national wireless carriers. Consultants will:
  • Establish relationships with assigned cell site landlord candidates and propose applicable programs to landlords as directed by BLVCKDOT and our clients
  • Update and maintain BLVCKDOT’s data profiles with details of current lease agreements
  • Negotiate an acceptable lease amendment between the landlord and the carrier that meets corporate parameters and guidelines
  • Maintain negotiation updates and track all leads/deals through the company’s online database; meet frequently with management and client to provide updates on deal status
  • Procure landlord’s signature on all amendments and other necessary documentation; assist Legal department with finalizing documents
  • Maintain a close relationship with the landlord throughout the entire negotiation process
  • Actively participate in lease purchases as opportunities arise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience
  • Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Point of Sale (POS) software experience
  • Previous MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or related software tools
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in one of the following areas desired
o Commercial Real Estate Sales or Leasing, Mortgage Sales, Insurance Sales, Investment/Securities Broker
o Mid-level manager in a transactional service-related industry

We provide extensive training to our new Lease Consultants. If you are selected you will learn about the Wireless Industry, Wireless Lease Agreements, systems and sales skills training and capital agreements.
