SportTruckRV is a leader in premium Super C RVs, SportChassis Trucks, and ATC trailers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory/Lot Specialist with RV Technician skills to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the organization, readiness, and appearance of our inventory while performing basic repairs and providing technical support to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. Lot Organization & Inventory Prep
- Arrange RVs, trucks, and trailers for optimal display and organization on the lot.
- Ensure units are clean inside and out, stocked with necessary materials, and fully prepped (charged, fueled, climate-controlled) for customer viewing.
- Perform minor repairs, troubleshooting, and general maintenance on RVs.
- Assist the RV Technician team by managing parts orders, handling warranty claims, and supporting complex service tasks.
- Maintain units to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide lot tours and answer customer questions in the absence of sales representatives.
- Conduct delivery walkthroughs to familiarize customers with their RVs and key features.
- Support sales team with delivery prep, including final inspections and last-minute customer needs.
- Inspect new arrivals, complete check-in forms, and coordinate pre-delivery inspections.
- Arrange for tank cleaning, washing, and ensure inventory is ready for photos and videos.
- Keep sales vehicles and golf carts cleaned, fueled, and organized daily.
- Prepare RVs and trucks for events, including loading supplies, transporting units to venues, and setting up displays.
- Experience in RV repairs or maintenance (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
- Valid driver’s license required (training provided for on-site RV movement).
