Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales team, drive revenue, and expand our market presence in the multifamily industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling successful sales teams, experience in the multifamily sector, and the energy, vision, and strategic mindset to help us take our company to the next level. This role requires a hands-on leader who is excited to be in the office every day, closely engaged with the team, and ready to travel as needed to foster relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the multifamily sector.
  • Team Building and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Growth: Establish and meet ambitious sales targets, consistently analyzing sales performance to identify growth opportunities and drive results.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the multifamily industry. Lead efforts to expand our reach and market presence.
  • Pricing and Sales Planning: Work with the leadership team to refine pricing strategies and create competitive sales plans that resonate with multifamily clients.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and potential partners. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze sales performance data, and report on progress to senior management. Adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Director or Head of Sales within the multifamily industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the multifamily sector and its unique sales challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Willingness to travel monthly to build relationships and pursue growth opportunities.
  • High energy, hands-on approach, and the desire to work in-office daily to drive engagement and collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
