About the Job
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll play a critical role by helping us meet and exceed our sales growth goals. This isn’t your standard sales job - you’ll be given constant support, with a hands on, immersive training program, consistent feedback and development, and work alongside driven and passionate sales professionals. In addition, this position provides a developmental sales experience for a motivated individual to grow into an Account Executive position within a short period of time.
As an SDR you may be working remotely, but that doesn’t mean you’re working alone. Your manager will act as your dedicated coach, guiding you through sales strategies. You’ll master communicating value efficiently, navigating gatekeepers, and executing on a successful outreach strategy from our comprehensive training program.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Adit, you will be responsible for supporting our sales organization by proactively identifying, nurturing, and creating new opportunities with prospects and customers alike. You will be on the frontlines of the go-to-market organization at Adit, acting as the first human contact our prospects have with the organization. The SDR team bridges the gap between Marketing and Sales/Customer Success to grow our business by impacting one of the most critical KPIs for the business: pipeline dollars. SDRs will balance responding to interested prospects with proactively identifying new opportunities. SDRs will use prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft targeted messaging to effectively communicate our value proposition. - 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer facing role
- Bachelors Degree required
