Osborne Homes was founded in 2007 with its first office in Fresno. As real estate investors, we have extensive experience in professionally assessing a property’s value in any given market. Our highly qualified team is dedicated to helping homeowners sell their property for cash, fairly and quickly. We have purchased, rehabbed, and sold over 2,500 properties in California. Our main office is now in Orange County CA but in early 2020 we decided to go to a 100% work from home model and we plan to stay that way!


We are looking for an absolutely AMAZING sales leaders. These are Manager level leadership roles that may be functionally or regionally based. They all potential to grow into a Director role if individual and company growth goals are attained. First-year OTE of $150,000+ with a competitive base plus bonus compensation structure. We are an extremely well-capitalized, enterprising, and technology-focused real estate investment company that is ready to build something special. Do you want to be a part?

You will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be pushed harder than you have ever been before. You will be expected to move faster, do more, and think bigger than ever before. Be warned. This is going to be fun for the right individual!

  • Build a deep understanding of our value proposition and target client so an effective sales process and top-notch customer service can be achieved
  • Ensure continued training, improvement and execution of our sales process is achieved from your entire team.
  • You manage processes rather than trying to manage individuals because you understand that's what is required to succeed
  • Understands the importance of being an amazing recruiter
  • Support the Director of Sales in his goals to double the size of the current sales team within 6 months and double it again in 12 months
  • Support the Director of Sales in his goals to achieve 25% Quarter over Quarter top-line revenue increases
  • Be willing to dig in deep, make tough calls, and act like an owner
  • Must be able to motivate and lead high performing teams of very competitive and driven sales professionals and align them to the goals of the company
  • Ability to build and manage remote sales teams


  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years experience leading a team of at least 5 sales reps
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams in a direct to consumer capacity
  • Proven ability to grow reps from junior level through promotion into management
  • Proven track record of individual sales success prior to management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable
