Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through direct sales efforts in their neighborhoods. Your primary objective will be to promote our products and services, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales.

Duties

  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from previous interactions or marketing efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques to nurture leads.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A strong understanding of software products and technology solutions is beneficial.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
