Job Description

  • Resolve highly sensitive requests and inquiries from Large Business customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Acquire necessary information from both customers and systems to understand the nature of the inquiry, work through ambiguity to determine the best course of action
  • Responsible for resolving customer issues/complaints verbally and in written form
  • Handle customer calls, e-mails, faxes in a manner which enhances customer loyalty and retention, and increases revenues
  • Maintain professional working relationship with internal Sales department team members
  • Analyze customer data within Customer Relationship Management System

  • 2+ years’ experience providing verbal and written customer support
  • Superior skills interacting and communicating with customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues/cases, independently
  • Strong analytical and root cause skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities and negotiating skills
  • Strong understanding and comprehension of market-related transactions preferred; Texas Electric Market and/or Midwest Northeast competitive markets
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • SAP and/or Salesforce technology platform experience preferred
  • Utilization of MS Office tools
