We are leading Print Services clients to the Future of Work.

We are currently looking for a Cloud Content Services Info Systems Architect to grow our Cloud Content Services Business. The Pre-Sale Technical Consultant will be focused on HP Cloud Content Services Platform. Provide

technical and functional expertise during the sales process from discovery to installation. Work closely with the Cloud Content Services Solution Specialist in understanding customer environments, business pain points, existing Cloud architecture, and Digital Transformation maturity with the goal of connecting HP Cloud content services capabilities that will facilitate Customers adopting HP Cloud Content Services Platform offers. The Pre-Sales Info Systems Architect

will conduct sales activities driving market revenue and adoption of Content Services Platforms utilizing customer facing workshops, customer discovery, and initial pilot projects and product installations in a team selling environment.


  • Qualify Sales leads for HP Cloud Content Services Funnel
  • Creation of relevant Statements of Work for Pilots and POCs with Clients
  • Provide expertise in RFP Responses related to Content Services Expertise.
  • Technical go to resource for Cloud Content Services Solution Specialist
  • Ensure successful pilot projects and product installations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to develop Value Added Selling roadmap for Platform Up-Sell and Cross-Sell Opportunities
  • Maintain account planning technical portions.
  • Provide Voice of the customer technical feedback to facilitate agile development of new features in the Cloud Content Services Space.

Education and Experience

  • College degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field
  • Advanced Solution Architect certifications for AWS or Azure, preferably both
  • 3+ years real world experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure, including network and service deployments
  • IT and Cloud Content Services and Microservices expertise and relevant certifications from Azure or AWS
  • Experience developing solutions using low-code and no-code workflow engines
  • Desired: experience in cloud deployment automation
  • Desired: experience with ITIL & Agile Project management
  • Desired: experience with server-based business applications or system management tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to discover customer insights
  • Confident interaction with customer technical staff and senior leadership
