Job Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. An insurance license is not required. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing quotes, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Sell a variety of insurance policies to meet clients' needs
- Develop leads and actively seek new clients through networking and referrals
- Provide accurate information about insurance products to clients
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual client requirements
- Assist clients in filing claims and offer support throughout the claims process
- Maintain client relationships and follow up as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse client base
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.23 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
