Job Location Address: This position can be in Georgia, Texas or California

Salary: 100k-140K

Closing Date: Open until Filled

Travel: Yes


The position owns the overall relationship for Client Satisfaction. The position serves as a liaison between AMWARE and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Manage client relationships, develop account plans, and deliver proposals. This position has direct reports in each facility and may have responsibility for large enterprise accounts outside of the region.

Job Duties:

  • Manage AMWARE’s client relationship and accounts, respond to all issues and requests
  • Collaborate with various AMWARE teams through the account lifecycle to include coordination of new client account initiation, assessment, implementation, retention, and termination
  • Manage order processing, invoices, and billing for all clients by utilizing AMWARE’s WMS, CRM, and accounting systems to oversee account status and address any apparent concerns
  • Work directly with GM and designated staff to ensure retention and growth of account from a client services perspective by addressing needs in a timely manner
  • Hire, train, manage and supervise assigned customer service employees
  • Foster partnership level relationship with key decision makers, work directly with company owners and external consultants to strategize about company growth opportunities and, initiatives
  • Assist with new product development, labelling, training, and marketing campaign
  • Stay knowledgeable of industry trends and updates by attending trade shows and promotional events nationwide, reviewing white papers, and assessing new, potential business opportunities
  • Support sales efforts by participating in meetings and demonstrations
  • Overall ownership of the Business Review and Monthly Client Overview
  • Support client contracting renewals where needed
  • Partner closely with Operations to ensure AMWARE is delivering services based on client expectations and our abilities

Selective Preference:

  • 4-6 years of account management or business-to-business customer service experience
  • Experience in a multi-client warehousing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
