Quality Contact Solutions has a career opportunity available for a sales-focused Account Executive on the Amazon Key for Business team.

The position as an unlimited compensation opportunity with a base pay of $50,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses. The total first year compensation is expected to be $70,000 to $80,000.

Job description: This is a key sales role with overall responsibility for achieving the Amazon Key for Business installation goals with assigned prospects. This position is responsible for contacting large property management companies and building owners to discuss getting Amazon Key for Business installed in their multi-tenant buildings throughout the United States.

Location: QCS is a 100% virtual company, and as such this is a work from home position.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Identifying high value prospects for Amazon Key for Business.

· Makes outbound calls to property managers and building owners from Zoho CRM to persuade them to allow Amazon Key for Business to install a device in their building which makes it easier for Amazon delivery drivers to deliver packages.

· Logs each contact in Zoho CRM.

· Works as a team with the Sales Manager, the cold call prospecting team and the administrative resource to achieve installation goals.

· Actively participates with the Sales Managers and Regional Account Executives in the U.S. market to establish strategic goals and action plans.

· Provide daily updates to company leadership on large opportunities and the status of the sales funnel.

Position Requirements

· 3 to 5 years of telephone sales experience.

· The ability to build a strong sales pipeline and manage to monthly goals is required.

· Must be responsive to customer and client needs, possess a passion for quality, and have a history of strong sales results.

· Must have compelling communication and influencing skills to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Employee Requirements for a Workspace

You will need a quiet, dedicated space to work in your home. You will be required to have high speed internet and an adequate PC (desktop or laptop capable of running Windows 10). Your computer must plug directly into your internet (connecting to the internet by wireless will not work). You will also need a USB headset that plugs into your computer and dual computer monitors (2 monitors).

If you can’t plug into your internet router directly with a hardwired connection, let us know and we will have someone contact you to discuss the purchase of an adapter that plugs into an electrical outlet. The cost is about $100.00.

You will also be given an @Amazon.com email address to ensure your prospects and contacts see that you are an authorized representative for Amazon Key for Business. Amazon requires our company to conduct a background check prior to issuing your Amazon email address. We will send you the background check after you sign the offer letter.

You will work 97% from your home office/office space initially. However, as your contact base grows and as you identify key decision-makers in immediate region where you reside, you may begin to travel to meet with decision-makers on an as needed basis. QCS will reimburse you for approved mileage and for pre-approved business-related expenses.

Compensation: Salary: $50,000 per year

Commissions and bonuses with unlimited earning potential. You are expected to earn an additional $20,000 to $30,000 in commissions and bonuses in your first year.

Work Schedule:

Your primary schedule will be 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch. This is a salaried position, exempt from overtime. However, we do not expect you to work overtime hours.

If you need to take time off, time off requests must be submitted to your manager in advance, when possible.

QCS offers company health insurance which currently costs about $250 for employees for their portion of the health insurance monthly premium (Family plan available at additional cost). The amount the employee pays will increase or decrease on an annual basis depending on the options we receive from our health insurance carrier and other carriers in the market. Our current plan is with United Health Group and you will be eligible to participate on the first of the month following your first 60 days of employment.

QCS offers a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and contributes $260.00 per employee per year (for out of pocket medical, dental, vision, etc). You can choose to payroll deduct an additional $2,000 per year from your paychecks, pre-tax. Alternatively, our benefits plan administrator offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) that you can fund with pre-tax dollars. If you opt for the HSA, per federal law, you would not be qualified to also participate in the FSA for medical expenses. However, regardless of whether you participate in the HSA, you can participate in the FSA for childcare expenses (again, pre-tax contributions from your paychecks).

QCS also offers a SIMPLE Individual Retirement Account (IRA) which you will qualify for beginning in 2022 assuming you earn at least $5000 in compensation in 2021.
