We are primarily a software technology company that provides a unique wireless system for measuring and improving the productivity of manufacturing plants. VersaCall is recognized as the worldwide leader for Andon, visual management, and factory floor communication systems. POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is an entry level position with a defined professional development path. We are looking for a customer solutions representative. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers on all levels of an organization in a business to business environment. This person is customer empathetic with a drive to create solutions. They must be detail oriented and enjoy the challenge of developing technical solutions to meet customer needs. This customer solutions representative will listen to a customer’s needs and assist in resolving the issue by creatively utilizing a VersaCall system. In a complex selling environment this person enjoys listening and understanding customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Expand relationships with current customers

· Develop a prospecting plan with support from VP of sales

  • Can include a mix of cold calls; warm calls; email campaigns; follow up om inbound leads; referrals

· Develop opportunities generated through prospecting

· Follow Sales Process

· Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the CRM System

· Responsible for periodic updates to management

· Present over the internet and phone a value proposition in a clear, succinct, and compelling manner

· Follow-up with additional contact and correspondence providing sales literature and other product information

· Preparation of quotations, proposals, and product application summaries to support customer requirements

· Preparation of application profiles that present the value and benefit of our system solution

· Active funnel management -tracking and maintaining contact with multiple sales opportunities

· Perform a variety of administrative and other tasks as required

SKILLS:

Technical background preferred

Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills

Enjoys using latest technology products

Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills

Must be organized, detail and process oriented

High Energy and a self-starter

Motivated by Accomplishment

Takes Initiative without being asked

College degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
