Job DescriptionEquivalent Experience
Responsible for the promotion of our Medicare Advantage plan, scheduling appointments with the Outside Sales Reps and generating sales by receiving inbound calls and making appointments.
Takes inbound calls and makes outbound “warm calls” from Company provided leads in an attempt to schedule in-home or restaurant presentations for the Sales Representatives.
Coordinates appointments in sales force with the schedule of the applicable sales rep.
Ensures that appointments are distributed to the proper representative and calendared properly to maximize the sales reps’ availability.
Provides sales reps with all available information such as the prospect’s needs or concerns.
The appointments set should be of such quality that the anticipated close ratio should be in the 50% range.
The technique, demeanor and ethics of the telemarketer must be of the highest professional level in order to maintain the reputation and respect that the Company has achieved in the community.
Maintains complete and accurate records regarding all phone activity including, but not limited to, the number of calls placed & number of appointments set.
Attends, participates and contributes in all departmental meetings to help assure team success.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Medicare inside sales or service experience 1 year.
Required California Life and Disability license (life and health).
General computer capabilities.
Experience scheduling in Outlook, Sales Force (preferred)
High school or equivalent.
