Herff Jones wants to expand the existing scholastic sales team in the Carolinas coastal region. If you are looking for a unique sales opportunity and you are willing to join a successful sales office as an associate, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do as a Member of the Sales Team:
Visit schools in the assigned sales territory
Drive sales growth by signing new business
Maintain, strengthen and build relationships with customers, including faculty advisers, principals and students
Deliver compelling sales presentations to administrators and key decision-makers
Develop and execute robust marketing campaigns
Engage customers and prospects on social media channels
Plan and organize events for customers to include class meetings and celebrations
Attend regularly scheduled sales and technical training meetings, including area, regional and national sales conventions
What You’ll Bring to the Sales Team:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred / Work experience in lieu of degree considered
2+ years of sales, account management, or comparable experience
Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing
Attention to detail
Commitment to proactive customer service
Demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
Independent, entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to work in a highly competitive environment driven primarily by relationships and value-added products
