Job Description
As a Sales Specialist, you will focus on hunting for new business opportunities by selling Design, Engineering and Manufacturing services related to plastics and thermoplastics products to broad industries. The primary sales territory is Western Canada, but also covers North America. This position offers a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, plus commission.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus uncapped commission
First-year OTE of $90,000 - $100,000

The 40-person team produces a wide range of products, from custom items for the entertainment industry to high-volume products for specific customers. OFFICE LOCATION AND SALES TERRITORY:
Head Office: Surrey, British Columbia
Position Base: Surrey, British Columbia - Working from Office
Sales Territory: Primarily focused on Western Canada, but also covering North America
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
3-10 years of B2B inside or outside sales experience.
Experience with custom manufacturing solutions/product sales may also be considered as a plus
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
MS Office: Intermediate
CRM: Intermediate
THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION:
Utilitarian Plastic Components (Trays for growing plants, components for EV car, parts for hot tubs, custom pallets for transporting wheels, face shields for industrial use and etc.)
Custom plastics and thermoplastics products
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS / INDUSTRY FOCUS / DECISION-MAKER(S)
Industrial and commercial customers who are purchasing products to help them with manufacturing/prcessing and etc.
