Requires Reliable commitment to full schedule Monday through Friday 8/9 am to 5/6 pm Pacific.

To answer incoming phone calls during the day and call back missed calls to schedule appointments. The call often involves explaining the benefits of using our service over other clinics and negotiating a cash price, taking a deposit and sending email confirmation. Then the appointment needs to be coordinated with the office and the doctor and the schedule needs to be coordinated based on the doctor and offices availability. At times the request come in via email. It would be necessary to be able to answer calls and emails in an expedited manner in order to be able to make the sale.
Some of the job might require meeting the leads at their work site. May require some cold calls to find leads.
Calls may be recorded for training purposes. CRM use is mandatory for all communications in real time.
This part of the job would be compensated by a percentage commission.
The procedures would be also cash based and hopefully have same or similar pay rate. We would hope you could be helping us in these areas and stay long term while we expand.
