What You Will Do:
Manage up to 10 direct reports
Manage sales budget, which includes growing sales at the projected rate and controlling expenses
Effectively select, train, develop and coach Sales Development Managers with an emphasis on cold calling, prospecting, Ecolab product / service offerings, industry conditions, and successful customer outcomes
Exceed growth targets through recognition of new sales opportunities
Define sales territories, direct key market growth to meet or exceed new contract sales goals
Leverage new customer offerings by developing creative sales blitz and drive Ecolab Circle-the-Customer goals through effective relationships with operations team and cross-division network
Location: We are looking for candidates in the Western US that reside near a major airport.
60% travel expected, including overnight trips
A company vehicle will be provided as part of your total compensation package
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and Ecolab experience (1.5 year of Ecolab experience = 1 year of post-secondary education)
5+ years demonstrated successful performance in business to business commercial sales or equivalent Ecolab experience
QSR product and industry experience
Home office with internet access capability
Must be able to read and write in English
Proficiency in MS Office
Valid driver's license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

3+ years of demonstrated successful sales management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
Strong desire and ability to mentor, coach and develop the skills and abilities of direct reports
Demonstrates a positive approach to leadership and able to deliver results through others
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to establish clear goals and create plans to accomplish goals
A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
Excellent time management skills
Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions
Proven negotiation & presentation expertise
