Description du poste :

Le directeur des ventes est chargé de superviser le processus de déménagement. Il/elle organise une variété d'aspects du déménagement au nom du client et répond à toutes les questions posées par le client. Le représentant des ventes communique avec l'équipe opérationnelle afin de fournir le meilleur niveau de service à la clientèle, en supervisant la location/l'achat de biens et le transport d'articles ménagers.

Afin de fournir un service optimal, le représentant des ventes doit être prêt à travailler d'une manière qui réponde aux attentes et aux exigences des clients d'aujourd'hui, sur un marché concurrentiel.

Ce poste exige un nombre important de rendez-vous hors du bureau (journée de bureau +/- 2 jours/semaine). Ces rendez-vous sont principalement situés dans la région locale. Le réseautage au sein de la communauté pour générer de nouvelles affaires et des sources de référence fait également partie des exigences du poste.

Ce poste exige un candidat parfaitement bilingue.

Job Description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the relocation process. He/She arranges a variety of aspects of the move on behalf of the client and responds to all questions asked by the client. A relocation sales consultant communicates with the operations team to provide the best level of customer service, overseeing the tenancy/purchase of property and the transport of household goods.

In order to provide optimal service, the sales representative must be willing to work in a manner, which meets the expectations and demands of today's customers, in a competitive marketplace.

This position requires a substantial amount of out of office appointments (Office day +/- 2 days/week). These appointments are mostly located in the local area. Networking throughout the community to generate new business and referral sources would also be part of the position's requirement.

This position requires a fully bilingual candidate.

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
