What we need from you:

Experience - You have 10+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience (Preference to those with large group experience- self-funded, fully insured, HRA, HSA)
Knowledge - Strongly knowledgeable of group insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage (medical, dental, vision, and disability products)
Software - You are proficient with Applied Epic, BenefitPoint, Ease, Health Connect, and Microsoft Office Management Systems
Licensed - You currently have a Life & Health/Accident License

Responsibilities:

Occasional travel is required
Attend and coordinate annual renewal and open enrollment meetings
Collaborate with both clients and carriers to maintain relationships
Provide client support by checking and distributing contracts with carriers and provide additional support to other accounts
Develop professional and positive business relationships with clients
Thoroughly research billing and invoicing issues
Be present and attend various trainings to improve product knowledge and skills
Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
