KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Partner Channel Account Manager for an exciting new opportunity.
This position is primarily responsible for generating revenue by selling software products to KLDiscovery’s eDiscovery provider partner channel. May perform some channel marketing activities and serve as a liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales-related service and support issues.

Recruit, manage and grow revenue from partner channel. Responsible for extensive telephone communication with channel accounts to foster relationships that promote revenue growth.
Manage the sales cycle for both inbound and outbound opportunities with partner channel accounts and prospects and convert them into revenue. Generate new opportunities with outbound calls from sources discovered independently as well those provided by management.
Effectively manage territory including account targeting, sales forecasting, documentation of account history, and efficient planning of resources
Use company provided business systems to produce call reports of daily activity (success, rejections) and generates reports of business transactions. Provide a steady flow of feedback to management, marketing, and product management.
Achieve and consistently demonstrate a high level of product technical knowledge, including how products are used in practice by customers
Provide high level of customer service to external and internal customers
Generate business with repeat and new customers. Customers are satisfied with KLDiscovery service.
Gather channel customer requirements for pricing and product development and provide to management for potential incorporation into partner program
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
4 plus years of technical sales experience
Demonstrated proficiency in customer service
At least one year of high-volume phone sales and prospecting experience
Intermediate ability to effectively communicate with business leaders, clients, internal stakeholders
Intermediate communications skills, including listening, written, spoken, presentation and influencing
Intermediate PCs skills utilizing various software applications
Intermediate phone and email etiquette skills
Basic ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking
Basic ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
Basic collaboration skills with cross-departmental representatives
Basic time management and organizational skills
Basic decision making
Basic problem-solving skills
Occasionally – up to 25% of the time
Software or SaaS related sales experience preferred
eDiscovery related sales or practical experience preferred
