Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships. Your efforts will directly impact our success and provide opportunities for your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and Close: Understand customer needs, answer calls, and handle walk-in traffic as needed; Provide timely and accurate quotes using standard pricing policies, estimating, and quoting processes;
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively seek new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Engage Clients: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Deliver Presentations: Create and present engaging presentations about our products and services.
- Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to meet and exceed team sales goals.
- Support Existing Clients: Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Ideally, you have experience in building material sales;
Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in retail or supply sectors.
Business Acumen: Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
Customer Focus: Dedicated to building long-term client relationships with a high level of service.
Marketing Ability: Skilled in effectively promoting and selling products.
CRM Experience: Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
