Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position is a hybrid role that will also have a focus on inside sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records in the office system.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions quickly.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances our service capabilities.
  • Experience with outbound calling is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $20.95 - $22.61 per hour
