Within a designated territory, the Sales Executive will be in charge of selling all represented power products and services provided by our company that will be responsible for providing services to severaly engineering firms we are working with. and they have access to bespoke switchgear and power distribution solutions. A named account list of current and potential end users, consulting engineers, and electrical contractors will be sent to the sales engineer. For someone interested in technical sales and the marketing of electrical goods and services.
Responsibilities:
Establish connections with end users, contractors, and partners by showcasing your capacity to provide distinctive and advantageous solutions that are available through our company.
Capable of qualifying a sales opportunity, engaging with diverse audiences, and adapting technical content to suit their knowledge and interests
Have familiarity with low voltage switchgear (switchboard, panelboard, etc.), power distribution systems, three-phase UPS systems, and a general understanding of downstream IT-related products (rack enclosures, rack power distribution strips, monitoring software)
Become competent in inspecting site installations and identifying critical components in a power distribution system. In time, be confident in the operation of such components and be capable of describing operating characteristics to involved parties
Must Have:
3+ years of technical sales experience in HVAC, electrical goods/ services
- The capacity to function in a fast-paced atmosphere while multitasking.
- Attentive to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Capacity to interact technically with executives and all customer account levels.
- Capacity to start and finish a sales project;
- Ability to listen well and a drive to find solutions for challenging technical issues
- To drive to customer sites, a valid driver's license is needed.
