X2 Mortgage is a modern mortgage brokerage built to not only save our clients as much money as possible, but ultimately provide a world class experience. To achieve this, we’re looking to hire a Business Development Manager who’s willing to join our team with a positive attitude and a great work ethic.

Our Business Development Manager at X2 Mortgage focuses on identifying and bringing in qualified Loan Officers by utilizing various strategies to connect top talent.

Here’s What You’ll be Able to Look Forward To:

  • Recruitment of Loan Officers: Identify and connect with experienced Loan Officers for recruitment, leveraging industry contacts and building a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Develop and Maintain Industry Relationships: Serve as the face of X2 Mortgage, building and nurturing relationships with Loan Officers, Realtors, Title Companies, and other industry professionals to generate business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Networking: Attend industry events, conferences and networking functions to represent X2 Mortgage.
  • Brand Building: Promote X2 Mortgage brand by engaging with Loan Officers, realtors and industry professionals, positioning the company as a leader in the mortgage space.
  • Collaborate on Marketing Strategies: Work closely with the leadership team to align business development strategies with broader marketing and recruitment goals.

Couple of Things We Look For:

  • Experience: 1+ Years of experience in Real Estate, or related industries (Title Companies, Insurance, etc.)
  • Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet business development targets
  • Communication: Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to represent the brand effectively.

**Competitive Compensation Package: Base Salary + Bonus Pay Structure

Full Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
