JOB SUMMARY
As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) at Wound Pros, you will be vital in driving customer relations and expanding our business. Acting as the face of the company, you will engage in face-to-face interactions with potential clients, actively seeking out healthcare providers and facilities that can benefit from our specialized wound care services.

WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS
  • This role will require up to 50% of annual travel.
  • Generating new business by reaching out to potential clients, conducting in-person and Zoom presentations to showcase our specialized wound care services, and maintaining existing client accounts.
  • You will facilitate the Client Registration Form (CRF) process to initiate client engagement while ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions in Zendesk for transparency and team alignment.
  • In addition to acquiring new clients, you will maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • You will support clinical education by connecting clients with our educational materials, building rapport, and addressing their concerns to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Regular communication with your Client Success Manager (CSM) is essential for providing updates on activities and maintaining timelines.
  • You will own client relationships, and clinical inquiries will be directed to specialists, allowing you to focus on delivering valuable support.
  • By demonstrating our commitment to their needs, you will encourage referrals and enhance Wound Pros’ reputation as a trusted partner in wound care.
  • Your ability to balance new business development with relationship management will be key to your success in this role and essential for Wound Pros' overall growth.

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED
  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
  • Minimum of three years experience in outside sales and delivering presentations
  • Background in healthcare, specifically in home health, hospice, or acute care settings
