The Insurance Sales Representative role is designed for future business owners providing an opportunity to grow their skills and business knowledge to ultimately becoming a Farmers agency owner while working for an existing Farmers agency owner. Salary: $75000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with your mentor Agent to develop confidence and skills needed to become a self-sufficient insurance agent.
- Assess the unique needs and goals of prospective clients to recommend the most appropriate insurance policy options.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell multiple Personal and Business products, treating each client interaction as a chance to foster new and ongoing business relationships.

Requirements
- Pass a background check in accordance with Farmers guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Prior sales experience (preferred)
- Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
