We’re looking for 5 motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Compensation:

$80,000

Responsibilities:
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget

  • Assist Buyers throughout the purchase process
  • Participate and support the team in community events and brokerage sponsored activities

Qualifications:
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of the Home Buying process in Nevada
  • 2 years of Real Estate experience
